In 2014 Sean became Head Boys Basketball coach at Tacony Academy Charter High School where in his first year as the head basketball coach his program went 11-2 in there Division and 14-8 overall. His team made it to the city playoffs first time in school history and won in the first round. He was awarded Northeast Times 2015 Coach of the year.
